It should have been removed. It is a textbook case for officer removal. However, this is a very good thing, not a bad happening like CNN alleges. Allow me explain what that rejection means. It now goes to the appellate court and if denied there, to the Supreme Court. This throws a monkey wrench into Fani’s timeline for her case.
