Arguably the worst ruling of any state high court in the history of legal proceedings. SCOTUS will have much to say about this and will rule expeditiously and will stay the ruling immediately. A 4-3 ruling (all 7 are Dems), found President Trump guilty of a crime for which he had never been charged. This is just to create a precedent and prevent President Trump from getting the nomination. I say we do the same and pull Biden off the ballots of red states.

So, I won't have to do a lot of typing, here is what will happen next and how President Trump will remain on the ballot. These idiot judges used the farce created by the Jan. 6 Commission as "evidence." The defense didn't even have a chance to rebut any of that theatrical nonsense. That is why liberal nut job TDS judges should be removed from the bench when they make insane rulings outside of the law.

President Trump will remain on the ballot UNLESS SCOTUS decides to side with the earlier decision to kick him off. We know that will never happen. But now SCOTUS doesn’t even have to take the appeal. Epic fail for the left. Epic win by default for President Trump.
