We aren’t deranged, he’s a criminal and tried to overthrow the government. I’m just dropping in, because I learned that Biden is up by eight, in battleground states. It’s a merry Christmas indeed. 😊 IP: Logged |

Your crystal ball needs a major tune-up. Biden Trails Trump In 7 Battleground States—Shedding Support Among Key Demographics Sara Dorn Dec 14, 2023 President Joe Biden would lose each of the seven battleground states likely to decide the 2024 presidential election to former President Donald Trump if the contest were held today, according to a new poll that shows Biden is struggling to reach key demographics, including Black voters and young people. Key Facts Biden would lose each of the seven swing states by a range of two points in Pennsylvania, to nine points in North Carolina, according to a Bloomberg/Morning Consult survey that shows Trump leads by a cumulative average of five points. Overall, 58% of voters in the seven swing states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin—have a negative view of Biden, compared to 53% who have a negative view of Trump, according to the Nov. 27-Dec. 6 poll of 4,935 registered voters (margin of error 1 point). http://www.forbes.com/sites/saradorn/2023/12/14/biden-trails-trump-in-7-battleground-states-shedding-support-among-key-demographics/?sh=2d06457161aa IP: Logged |

If Biden were up by any number, Dems wouldn’t be so desperate to prevent President Trump from running again, IP: Logged |

Operating outside the law has consequences!! Finis!Appeals Court to Consider Constitutionality of Jack Smith’s Appointment Bradley Jaye 3 Jan 2024 Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel might be in trouble. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit advised counsels in Smith’s criminal case against Trump to be prepared during previously scheduled January 9 oral arguments to address issues raised in briefs filed by amicus curiae. The court made the announcement after an explosive amicus brief filed by attorneys for former Attorney General Ed Meese arguing that Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is unconstitutional and so the court must reject his prosecution against Trump. Meese, joined by Steven Calabresi, the co-chairman of the Federalist Society, and Gary Lawson, a prominent constitutional law professor, argues essentially that Garland improperly appointed Smith to an office that does not exist with authority Garland does not possess......................... http://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/01/03/appeals-court-consid er-constitutionality-jack-smith-appointment/ IP: Logged |

This should be interesting. Smith is the 5th dumbest TDS infected lawyer/judge going after President Trump—right after the four kangaroos on the Colorado Supreme Court. Not to worry, he is closely followed by Fannie Willis, Alvin Bragg, and that deranged lunatic tag team judge and rogue prosecutor trying to get President Trump on business fraud. I don’t know how idiots like this ever made it through law school in the first place. That freak Secretary of State of Maine isn’t deserving of a place on the list because she isn’t even a lawyer, but she’s pretty damned stupid in her own right.IP: Logged |
