Smith really wanted a conviction of Trump before the election. Interference with an election. Lock this deranged lunatic up. He's breaking many Justice Department rules, cheered on by Biden Crime Family boss, Joe Biden.

Glad to see SCOTUS rejected his loony tunes attempt to bypass the DC Appellate Court.

This was definitely a Christmas present to President Trump. Part of me wished SCOTUS would have just done away with all of this and stopped Smith full on, but it makes perfect sense that the Court would want the appeals process to play out first. This could delay things till after the election.

While SCOTUS didn’t dispatch of Jack Smith, we can predict how SCOTUS might have ruled since there was no dissent. it is interesting to note the legal defense of President Trump’s team that Smith is illegitimate. That is a hint of how the Trump legal team will appeal.
