Actually, she was fired, but we will call it a "resignation." She her should have never been hired in the first place because she plagiarized half of her thesis. Her resignation was after Gay was not able to fully state in a Congressional hearing that calling for the genocide of Jews on campus violated college policies, saying that it depended upon “context.” She is the second university president to step down out of the 4 that refused to condemn the anti-Semitism on their schools’ campuses. Good riddance! Not even Obama could save her job. She cost Harvard $1 billion dollars in only 10 days in loss of donors.

The white president of Penn resigned 1 week after stating the same aberration on genocide of Jews, she knew it was indefensible. Her whiteness was not going to save her. But Gay had to dig in her heels...

And on top of that, she is a plagiarist.

It was a softball question concerning whether students chanting for the extermination of Jews violated campus policy. And all she could think of to say was that it depends on the "context"? But if a student dares to misgender another student, expulsion! Plagiarism is the unforgivable sin for students, so for the school president to have stolen half of her thesis, that should be egregious.
