That's right.
It's a federal felony for Biden to have taken government documents....including 'top secret' documents while he was a US Senator or Vice President.

Wow, it’s rich seeing teasel use defenses that she mocked only days earlier. Is she arguing that President Trump has presidential immunity? You can’t have it both ways. Even without the requisite intent, Biden should be charged with gross negligence, which is a 10-year felony. And that should be pursued once he leaves office.
