This judge and that corrupt Letitia James should be given adjoining prison cells. But disbarment will have to suffice. Where are any victims? The banks still want to do more business with President Trump! It will be reversed in appeal, but it’s time to hold judges who do flagrantly violate their code of ethics accountable for it. The law is not hyperbole. Proper civil practice and procedure is not hyperbole. No victims, no damages, and no complaints. This is a consumer protection statute, and no consumer was harmed. The crooked judge even included properties time barred by the SOL. This deranged criminal posing as a judge openly made his decision before the hearing even started and found Mar-a-lago to be worth only $18 million because that lying b*tch said so. Extortion? I don’t think you know what the definition of that word is. Each nation has a fiduciary responsibility to pay 2 percent of its GDP. If they fail to meet that requirement, they should not reap the benefits.IP: Logged |
