Hopefully, this will include moving the case to another county. I don’t think this judge will dismiss the case outright. But any new prosecutor will see that this never should have been a RICO case.IP: Logged |

She can stay on, if she wants to. Her assistant will probably remove himself, but when Judge cannon should be doing the same, and so should Clarence Thomas - whose wife was a part of the attempted coup. IP: Logged |

The judge quashed six of the charges. Fani is still in deep water. She is facing an ethics investigation by the Bar where she could lose her law license, there is an active Georgia Senate investigation to remove her from the case, the Georgia AG is looking into appointing a special prosecutor, Kemp just signed into law a means to fire prosecutors, and she is facing a federal investigation for misuse of a $500,000 federal grant (spending money earmarked for disadvantaged youths). Judge McAfee included the following in his ruling: "Other forums or sources of authority such as the General Assembly, the Georgia State Ethics Commission, the State Bar of Georgia, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, or the voters of Fulton County may offer feedback on any unanswered questions that may linger."IP: Logged |

No one is outraged. Although the Trump team wanted this crook disqualified, this was still a win for President Trump, albeit a smaller win. As the judge declared, "Fani has the odor of mendacity." IP: Logged |

Judge Scott McAfee had written his order on Willis and Wade early last week, according to NBC News, but because he had been receiving threats, he waited until today to make it public in order to allow for proper security to be in place for him and his family.
