Let me explain this by comparing Vance to Kahmahlah. Was she a marine? Did she go to Yale law school? Did she win a very competitive race? Was she a venture capitalist? Note: She never even ran a lemonade stand. Did she have a New York Times best Seller that was made into a movie? Conversely, that equity hire was definitely not qualified.
