North Carolina and I believe Wisconsin and Michigan are keeping RFK, Jr. on the ballot, despite his move to be removed. Wonder how this will impact the outcome in these states.

He's having to sue to get removed in North Carolina.

At first, Dems sued to keep him off the ballots. Now they are suing to keep him on.
