The latest Atlas/Intel poll (September 20-25) has her down three points in Pennsylvania. Note: Atlas/Intel is an outlier, but that doesn't mean it's wrong.

If she's down in PA and MI, plus she's not up by at least three nationally, which she isn't, she's not going to become president.
