I've got news for you--she isn't smart on anything. What a crook! She is having trouble explaining how she is different from Biden because she isn't. He, too, is a serial plagiarizer. But let's not forget her favorite word salad gobbledygook that she "is unburdened by what has been" and her favorite lie that she "grew up in a middle-class family."
