They are lying, and you are buying. It is just talking points. If they “resist,” they will be arrested. And they know it. They won’t do anything. They had to say that to protect their political careers. They can’t sue either. The law is already firmly established. There’s nothing they or anyone in any state can do. Educate yourself and look up “federal preemption.”

For instance, I am fine with them keeping their illegal immigrants and resist mass deportations. But they will not be getting any federal money for them, their constituents will have to support them with their state tax money. We'll see how long that will last...

The vast majority of Americans support mass deportations, so no federal taxpayer dollars should go to Colorado.

It won't be necessary to arrest these people. As Belage has pointed out, they have a right to resist. All the feds need to do is withhold federal money for Colorado to subsidizes illegals who have broken the law. We'll see how long they'll "protect the rule of law." lol
