I don't subscribe to the idea that we should not communicate with people we see as our enemies. Do we want war or do we want peace?

To clarify, Musk met with Iran's Ambassador to the UN.

I read that the meeting was to "ease tensions," or something to that effect. I don't know if there's a connection, but Iran is giving Lebanon the go ahead to reach a ceasefire with Israel on behalf of Hezbollah.
