They became the party of the rich elites who are not affected by illegal immigration so they were fine and dandy with open orders.And the party of the weird identity politics with their relentless push of trans agenda in women and children's spaces, their she/her/they/them pronouns, their new languages of BIPOC, LatinX, gender fluidity, intersectionality, etc all those goofy things that most people, especially the working class, do not care about.
