There are $15 billion being paid for empty buildings because employees are still working at home from COVID days. DOGE is planning on requiring on site work five days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or get FIRED! Don’t worry about cleaning out your office.  IP: Logged |

I don't think it is that clear cut and dry. They should research if employees productivity declines when working remotely, versus in person. If the productivity is better, then they should keep the remote work. If the productivity is the same, then they may require they come to work in person. Or they can just sell the buildings and recoup the real estate cost... If the productivity is less, then of course employees should get back to work or faced being dismissed. IP: Logged |
