It's sheer insanity that the only case left standing is the one that was legally flawed from the beginning. I guess Merchan wants to go down in history as being one of the most ignorant judges to ever sit on the bench. He is trying to prevent an appeal by not sentencing President Trump. It will probably have to be taken up by the Supreme Court if the appeals court doesn't squash it on reversible error. IP: Logged |
