Costco responded unanimously against a shareholders ask to end DEI. Costco pointed out that their DEI efforts HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A PART OF THE COMPANY. Ending it would completely change the company as a whole.

They went on to name and shame the activist share holders. It was a white nationalist group.
