Calling women ‘household objects’ now permitted on Facebook after Meta updated its guidelines http://www.cnn.com/2025/01/07/tech/meta-hateful-conduct-policy-update-fact-check/index.html
I'm sure if someone calls me that on Meta sites, and I respond by calling them a piece of **** , I'll be moderated. Good thing I'm not friends with people who would refer to women as household objects.

people should be allowed to say it. it's not a good mentality, and it's better to avoid people who are like that, but censoring stuff like that would be wrong. 🤷♀️ better to not anyway, can actually see how people think when you're not trying to shut them up about everything. IP: Logged |

Yet, you have called all Republicans white supremacists and have supported those who advocate for the extermination of Jews. Extermination of an entire race? I think that's worse than calling women that name. And Hamas (whom you support) have raped women so hard their pelvises were broken, and they begged for death. Crickets! Little girls trying to make it to the border have been raped multiple times by illegal immigrants. Crickets! So, don't you dare complain about name calling. And yes, you probably would be banned and deservedly so if you curse someone out. One is an unpopular opinion. The other is a PERSONAL insult. If you cannot understand the difference between the two, then you need to think more rationlly. Be more creative with your words.  And while you're at it, why don't you stop being such a hypocrite? it should, and if it doesn't additional restrictions worsen the issue rather than fix it. it's a separate problem at that point if we're talking about hypocrisy rather than this specific issue. when it comes to this specific matter you raised they should be allowed to say it, when it comes to restricted speech aside from that people should be able to say those things too. Thank you! I can't tell you how many facebook eFriends or eAquaintances I have seen calling Trump supporters stupid, uneducated, racists, fascists, nazis, and we are supposed to be apoplectic at women being called household names? And while we are there, I wonder if the same people who are now apoplectic at FB's new policy I wonder if they have boycotted rap singers who have been use demeaning names toward women...
