It was a resolution to keep biological men, including a new representative from Delaware, out of women's restrooms in the U.S. Capitol. I wonder why it was dropped.

Anyway, you might be confusing it with another resolution or Act... I think this is what you were probably talking about, and it is a Senate affair:

I just heard it mentioned briefly on FOX News, and the person said it was the Senate, but people at FOX get stuff wrong. They also make a lot of typos.
