There are plenty of reasons to cut some of their fundings, though I think they should be allowed to receive some fundings. I have not checked Lutheran Family Services, but I do know that Catholic Charities kept a number of shelters for homeless women, homeless mothers and their children and other valuable services. I suppose Lutheran Family Services did the same.

One should not throw away the baby with the bath water. Since the admin plans to cut on the number of refugees, the need for services for refugees will decrease, and with it, the need for financial support to the programs that catered to their needs. But for the rest, things like food pantries, disaster relief and housing assistance, these services should be funded because they service Americans or legal immigrants who are in need.
