If you had read the article THAT YOU POSTED, you would know that I'm right. But you only read the headline that the tariffs were paused, and you thought that meant President Trump had somehow backed down and lost the negotiation. Pausing the tariffs is not backing down. President Trump got absolutely everything he wanted from Mexico and even more than he wanted from Trudeau.IP: Logged |

Trying to sweeten the narrative in favor of Canada and Mexico is not working, dear. It was a public defeat for them. I personally think that the President could use a gentler rhetoric so as not to embarrass public heads of state, while still taking the steps to make his point.
