The logic is that all this wasteful spending cans from our taxes, so we should receive a “dividend” to return sone of that back to the people. They will use 80 percent to pay down the debt, and the renaming 20 percent will be disbursed to us.

I guess teasel can donate her $5 grand to NPR. 😂
