According to the Government Accountability Office, close to $135 billion was stolen via fraud (up to 15 percent of all recipients), and this bill would extend the statute of limitations by five years, so they can be pursued. Why would any Dem oppose this? It passed, by the way, and those Dems are scrambling, struggling to explain why they voted nay. If President Trump is for something, oppose it!
