In the 50s, Southern schools were against segregation, and the federal government stepped in. And it must step in now. They were saying all they wanted to do is teach white supremacy and allowed the Klan on campuses. That was not academic freedom. It was discrimination and violated Federal law. It was intimidation to Black people. This parallels what Harvard is doing now.You cannot distinguish between discrimination of Black people and Jewish people.
Most recently, Harvard and other schools used race to discriminate against Asians and was shut down by SCOTUS.
Discrimination is discrimination.
On another issue: Harvard accepts Federal funds, so it must accept the strings that come with it. By not accurately filing its foreign donors as required under the National Education Act, it also loses its funding.
