False imprisonment is a high dollar tort. And for beating them and yelling slurs at them. Over 100 were arrested, but Alvin Bragg refused to prosecute.IP: Logged |

Mario Torres and Lester Wilson were trapped inside a Columbia building by masked protesters last spring, assaulted, and called ‘Jew lovers,’ according to a new lawsuit filed Friday.

They had their wrists bound and were not allowed to leave. Some of the names they were called are not able to be repeated here. That is false imprisonment. Some of them represented organizations, and they, too, are included. While Columbia was not yet included, it should be. For not protecting them.IP: Logged |
