It hasn't recovered, that's completely false. Since the start of Trump's term it has lost 7% in value. That's -7% in 3 months. That's a terrible performance. At January 21st the Dow Jones was 43,528.65, and at April 29th it was 40,527.62. Why do you distort the truth? Why bend the facts so it fits your narrative?
