All of this means that the doom and gloom about tariffs didn't negatively affect the jobs market at all. It also means that (for now) investors believe that President Trump will pull the deals off, including one with China.

Prices are about to fall precipitously when the tax cuts and deregulation both hit, and stocks will soar higher than ever before, especially when the US and China sign an historic trade deal. We will see a huge boon. The Golden Age is upon us!

Well, it does look like the financial report is not as bad as some people wished it was...

Markets Rebound Strongly
--The U.S. economy added 177,000 jobs in April, beating expectations, while the unemployment rate remained at 4.2% amid uncertainty over Trump administration trade policies.

--The stock market rose on the upbeat jobs report, with the S&P 500 jumping 1.47% and recovering all losses since April 2. The Dow also rose 564.47 points, and the Nasdaq gained 1.51%.

--President Trump praised the strong economic news on social media, calling it part of his economic plan’s transition stage and urging the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates.

--Another piece of positive economic news arrived Friday as China’s Commerce Ministry said officials were reviewing a U.S. offer to hold tariff talks.

Those partisan hacks who call themselves economists are always wrong when they bet against President Trump. Period.

Oh sure, people really want the economy to suck. It’s the American way. Like rumpy telling the republicons to not work with the democrats, in an effort to make Biden look bad. Do you remember that, belage and Randall?
