He meant that he doesn't know if illegal immigrants are granted due process in the Constitution. [Spoiler Alert: They are not.] But he said that he will defer to his lawyers and obey the Supreme Court.

I just saw the clip. When she asked the question, "Don't you need to uphold the Constitution of the United States?" President Trump immediately said: "Obviously, follow what the Supreme court said. What you said is not what I heard the Supreme Court said [say]. They have a different interpretation." Just another hoax.

I saw another clip of a different part. President Trump was told that Rubio said everyone deserves due process—illegal or not and asked if he agrees with that statement from Rubio. President Trump said: “I don’t know. I’m not a lawyer.” Dems are good at splicing and editing interview videos—like they did with Harris.
