They're going to punish an entire family, for what he did?

If they are, why haven't they done this with every person who has committed mass shootings, or been responsible for mass death? That guy who shot people in a church, for example. Was that nine years ago? They bought him food, FFS. And his family wasn't arrested, along with him.
