He didn’t ignore the Supreme Court. SCOTUS knew they could not force the hand of a sovereign nation. That’s why they used the word “facilitate,” instead of effectuate. Upon his release, President Trump was to provide for a plane. After a federal arrest warrant was issued, El Salvador released him into our custody.
