Registered: Apr 2009	posted June 09, 2025 05:19 AM President Trump has the right to federalize a state’s National Guard, and he doesn’t need the governor’s permission to do so. President Trump is invoking 10 USC 12406, to unilaterally send in the National Guard without approval of that state’s leader. The statute governs rebellion or "possibility" of rebellion. This potential rebellion is preventing ICE from enforcing federal law. Newsom is taking the side of the rioters instead of the police who are being pelted with bricks. This will make for some great commercials if that idiot runs in 2028. IP: Logged
