However, Newsom was the liar. This idiot should have known that the White House keeps a log of all phone calls. A call to him from President Trump was made at 1:22 am that was not answered. Then another call at 1:23 a.m. (10:23 California time) was answered. That call lasted 16 minutes. Busted!

1. Trump said he called Newsom yesterday, June 9th

2. Newsom says that’s false. There was no call or voicemail

3. Trump releases call log showing they talked on the 7th as “evidence”

4. The 7th of June is not the 9th

President Trump said "a day ago." Easy mistake when you are juggling so many things. Whereas Newsom meant he received no call at all. He could have said that he received a call earlier, but he knew what he was doing.
