ICE agents wearing street clothes and masks, no badges, are randomly abducting people off the streets and shoving them into cars.

Abductees and observers have no idea if these are agents are not, they do not present badges or any other form of identification. For all anyone knows they could be criminals abducting people for ransom.

I've wondered when someone is going to be carrying, too. They've been breaking car windows to unlock doors, pushing their way into people's homes, when they aren't kidnapping people on the streets.

In the examples you give, yes, they do. If ancillary arrests are made because illegal aliens are around those they have warrants for, they will also be arrested. Lawful arrests are not kidnapping, and no one is falling for that. If you are here illegally, you can be arrested, held, and deported. Period.

You can't create a make-believe scenario not based on the actual facts of the legal definition for kidnapping and then ask "What do you think is going to happen?"

I think you have trouble rationalizing concepts, and then you think you posted some kind of "gotcha" when, in fact, you make no sense. Owning a gun is a right. Being in this country illegally subjects you to arrest and deportation, as does impeding such an arrest or hiding an illegal alien. "Due process" only applies to legitimate asylum claims (which must be claimed upon entering the country--NOT WHEN YOU GET ARRESTED--and for which you will receive a court date in the future), not for breaking into our country. If you miss that court date, you can be deported. If you return to this country after being deported, that is a felony.
