Apparently, the mayor doesn't have the authority to do this stuff. And the mayor can't raise taxes, so he wouldn't be able to pay for it. He's just a snake oil salesman. The far-left radicals have truly taken over the Dems in NYC, but that should push Eric Adams to the forefront. We shall see.
