The Supreme Court ruled on Friday that lower federal courts should not have the power to issue nationwide injunctions blocking presidential orders - no matter how obviously unconstitutional such an order may be.

The article is biased though... but those liberal hacks can take it up with the Constitution. The lower court judges were never meant to have the power to issue nationwide injunctions against the Executive branch. When Biden was president, I don't recall an army of lower court judges issuing nationwide injunctions against his executive orders.
