Guilty only of the two victimless counts of transportation to engage in prostitution (each could carry 10 years). The government over prosecuted. That department wins 90 percent of all prosecutions. How embarrassing of them. Apparently, the jury didn’t buy the sex trafficking, that sex wasn’t consensual, or that Diddy enraged in a criminal enterprise like a mob boss. He is expected to be released while he awaits sentencing.

I'm just looking at it from a law perspective. The jury was correct in its verdict. Bail denied. He will remain locked up until his sentencing. It will likely be a concurrent sentence, so that’s up to 10 years total for both. The judge has to follow federal sentencing guidelines, so since he has no prior convictions, he will score on the low .end of the guidelines. I’ve heard that will likely be 15 to 21 months.
