Just a pre-test vote. Then the actual vote. If it fails there, it won’t make it to the floor. I don't think it will get the needed 218 votes for three reasons: 1. The Senate kept many of the Green New Scam projects that were already started and will start soon (granting them a year or two to begin them (WTF?). 2. The Senate kept in transgender surgeries for children (double WTF?). 3. The Senate removed the provision that immigrants cannot receive Medicaid (Are you kidding me?) They are requiring Americans to work for Medicaid, but illegals get it free? F that! The Bill as it is should NOT pass. I predict it will be sent back to the Senate.

They need 217 votes to even debate the bill. They only have 216 votes. The House can only lose 3 votes. With 4, the Bill doesn't pass.

Update: There are currently 4 nays, with 9 votes still uncounted.

Update: Now it’s 5 nays. Massie switched his vote. This is just a vote on the rule to even debate the bill.
