With judge's oral orders, they are unenforceable. Stamped sigs vacate the entire case. The same standard should apply for pardons. In the best case, it's invalidated. In the worst case, it's fraud.

(o)Bills passed by Congress (e.g., President Obama used it to sign the Patriot Act extension in 2011 while abroad)

(o)Executive orders

(o)Routine communications, proclamations, and ceremonial letters

The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel even issued an opinion in 2005 stating the autopen could be used constitutionally to sign legislation when the president directs its use.
