I heard about this but I didn't want to know the details. Still don't want to know.

The Cincinnati jazz festival is a great tradition, and if I had been in the area, I would have loved to attend. In the lineup, they had Jazmine Sullivan, Earth, Wind & Fire, Toni Braxton, LL Cool J... Though most of those names are not jazz though...

At these kinds of events in some particular locations, unfortunately you need to have a strong police presence to make sure some people don't act up...
