I understand the intention, which is to protect workers from possible future Covid Vax mandate dictatorship.

However, I have to disagree with the directive to scrub all workers vaxx records. We have to think of the importance and value of long term population studies. Preserving medical records will be helpful 5, 10 and 20 years from now to determine the long term effects of Covid vaxx, of not taking Covid vaxx, of taking it partially, etc... We will need these population studies.
