Illinois takes the prize, which is why it is so hilarious that fleeing Texas Dems went there. If you looks at districts 13 and 17 on the districting map, it looks like slithering snakes. President Trump got 40% of the vote, but 82% of the House seats (14/17) are Dems. At number two is California. Forty percent of their residents are registered Republicans but of 52 seats, only 9 are Republican. President Trump got 38% of the vote, but 83% of the House seats (43/52) are Dems. Third place is New York, where President Trump got 43% of the vote, but Dems have 73% (19/26) out of House seats. Does this sound like fair representation to he that accurately reflects the population?

I'm too tired to look things up and share them here, but you can see Ohio on the map you shared, as being heavily in favour of Republicans. That's because they've kept maps that were supposed to be redrawn. The Ohio Governor, the Ohio Supreme Court, etc, didn't follow the law, and let the GOP keep control.
