Expect Dems to start partying like it's 1999 (Prince reference). Calm down. We expected this. President Trump even wanted it. I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. He has until October 14--meaning that the appeals Court knows it is going to SCOTUS. It's a slam dunk. With a SCOTUS ruling in President Trump's favor, it virtually ensures that no future President (not even Dems) will end the tariffs. This is a win. But the Dems are about to go nuts with glee.The question under the law in question is whether this is an emergency.
