I agree.People do not come to work to be lectured and shamed and reminded of societal or historical inequalities, of privilege or lack therefore, of racial issues and the like. Most people, truth be told, don't even want to come work, they work because THEY HAVE TO, so why make it harder for them with sanctimonious lectures and training?
