Think about it. For more than 100 years we’ve been trained to believe it’s “normal” for the government to reach into your paycheck before you even see it.

The IRS has built an empire on the idea that Americans must be punished simply for working hard and earning money.

Meanwhile, the same politicians who lecture you about “fair share” have no problem racking up trillions in debt and sending your dollars overseas.

Trump’s idea blows up that system.

Instead of taxing the sweat of American workers, we tax the flood of foreign goods pouring across our borders. That flips the script. You keep your whole paycheck, and Washington gets its cut when someone decides to buy imports. Suddenly the burden isn’t on the worker — it’s on the global corporations and foreign countries that have been feeding off America for decades.

The critics will howl.

They’ll say it will raise prices, they’ll scream about trade wars, they’ll act like the IRS is sacred. But notice who’s doing the screaming — the same political class, the same multinational elites, the same Beltway think tanks that benefit from the status quo.

They want you chained to the IRS forever.

They want you afraid to imagine a world where you actually keep what you earn.

Trump is daring to imagine it. He’s reminding America that before 1913, tariffs paid the bills — and nobody was filing April 15th paperwork for the privilege of being a citizen.

It worked then, and it could work again if we have the guts to break the system that feeds Washington.
