While speaking to a crowd at Mormons at Utah Valley University. After a question was asked about trans mass shooters. The shooter was arrested. The leftist comments today were vicious. Disgusting. I didn’t blame anyone. Can you read? That was when he was shot—after the question was asked.
That statement was taken out of context:
"You will never live in a society when you have an armed citizenry and you won't have a single gun death," Kirk said at a Turning Point USA Faith event on Wednesday, as reported by Media Matters for America. "That is nonsense. It's drivel. But I am—I think it's worth it.“
He added that "having an armed citizenry comes with a price, and that is part of liberty." Other solutions he mentioned included armed guards at school buildings, as well as "having more fathers in the home."
Kirk was saying that the alternative of having no right to own guns would be worse. Then only those who cause harm would have guns. America would be a true fascism, not the lies you like to fear monger about.

This is your forum, but if I were you, I would let her speak. Charlie valued debates and exchanges of opinions. That is why he went on college campus, to debate the left. Him openly debating these leftists for years is what helped turned things around, because the left's arguments do not hold water. The left does not want debate because they know they cannot win. That is offensive. I haven’t been celebrating, and dancing on his grave. I don’t celebrate things like this, and when I asked what happened last night, you projected that attitude onto me, once again, and assumed that I had been. You wrote that, so that others would assume it, too. YOU changed the tone of the thread. I haven’t been here since last night, because I didn’t want to see everything you might have said and assumed about who is responsible for this, because it isn’t the left. I’ve been in and out of sleep for twelve hours, haven’t been feeling well, could not keep my eyes open this morning, hopefully that is passing now. But I’ve seen posts when I’ve been awake. I’ve seen the DOJ and the media announcing things that aren’t true, and wondering if you jumped on them, and posted them as fact. I don’t love debating either of you. I asked a genuine question. You only have to look at who is overjoyed about this to know who is responsible, and it certainly isn’t the right. Anyone who is celebrating this murder is a horrible human being.
