Charlie Kirk is a legend! I loved and admired him, and I will miss him dearly. But I know that his legacy will live on and by killing him they have made him even bigger.

By going into the trenches of leftist ideology dominated campuses and DEBATING IDEAS respectfully, Charlie singlehandedly defeated the left and won the young people's hearts and votes.

That is why he was hated by the left who do not tolerate debate. The left's idea of debate is name calling (racist! transphobic! xenophobic! fascist! nazis! homophobic! sexist! did I miss anything?), censorship and intimidation whenever possible, and when all else fails, assassination!

You know, outside of this forum, irl since 2020, I rarely ever have political discussion with the dems/left, because frankly, in my experience, most of them are unhinged and unable to think rationally, they only think in slogans-racist/nazis/fascist/sexist etc. I just don't have the emotional bandwith for that.

Charlie Kirk was the ONE person on the right who was willing to actually have conversations with the left openly, publicly, often on their turf. The ONE person who was willing to give them a mic, patiently listen to what they have to say, then proceeded to respectfully destroy their arguments.

They shot the ONE person willing to talk to them and engage them in debate!

And they demonized him as racist, fascist, and the usual tropes. I am really at a loss for what to say.

He also changed the minds of many. I saw one very famous guy today on FOX News who said "Before I met him, I used to be a lefty . . . ." they became close friends. I'm debating if I should reveal the name. Also, Baron wanted to meet him, of all the people in the world. Newsom's 13-year-old son also loved kirk. Kirk was on Newsom's podcast, and Newson revealed it.

I wanted to put this in the longer CK thread, but maybe it's better I put this here instead.

Briefly summed up, this man briefly describes what it was like being one of the pseudo-liberals dancing like demons on Charlie Kirk's grave, and how he was repeatedly asked if he even watched CK.

One day he did, and not just the curated propaganda spoon fed by pseudo-liberal organizations. He ended up seeing CK point of view and it actually mended his broken family. He stopped dehumanizing conservatives.

Charlie Kirk succeeded with him from beyond the grave.

I know he's not the only one. Plenty of people, myself included, saw Charlie Kirk the for the first time after he was shot. He is an example of a martyr, and how sometimes killing someone will make their message all the stronger. Charlie Kirk's mission continues to succeed.

Anyway, it's under 3 minutes, and I think interesting of one man's awakening, and hopeful that someone like that, who saw himself as a woke liberal who assumed everyone but his faction was indoctrinated, was able to wake up and become a decent human being.

(I know I used the word pseudo-liberal, which is because I cannot accept self-proclaimed liberals as actual liberals. Liberals are about liberty, at least things like freedom of speech. Pseudo-liberals are no more liberal than North Korea is a democracy or a republic. Pseudo-liberals have more in common with fascists despite their calling everyone fascist who doesn't 100% agree with them on everything. The current language demands that they be called liberals, but I just can't do it, so I call them pseudo-liberals, that is fake liberals.)
