The Grand Jury hasn't voted yet. The statute of limitations runs on September 30 (5 years). IP: Logged |

🍿 🍿 🍿 Indeed!Funny to me to see the dems howling, it is REVENGE, RETRIBUTION! They have used lawfare with glee these past few years on Trump and people connected with Trump, and the list of their victims is quite long, and they told you they were doing it to save democracy and because NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW ! But the minute the tables are turned on them, they cry persecution. I don't know if Comey is guilty or not, but the dems can miss me with the strident faux outrage! You started that sh...t, and lawfare is now used against you, deal with it! Karma, bishes! IP: Logged |

Oh, he's guilty as sin. It is a tough crime to prove. Each element has to be met. But they have enough solid evidence to show a strong argument, including McCabe, another known witness, and a mystery witness. Comey used this statute several times in the past to get convictions.IP: Logged |
