In the eastern district for Virginia. They chose not to indict in corrupt DC. It’s a 5-year prison sentence. For two counts of providing false statements (perjury) and Obstruction of a Congressional Proceeding. The first count is what this clown did to Michael Flynn when he set him up. They are just focusing on one statement: Did you authorize a leak? He called up his friend and gave him information to leak. He had the willful intent. That turned into Russia collusion. There is a volume of evidence that he did. This POS is going to prison. No plea deal!

The Orange guy couldn't arrest Hillary or Obama. Yes, many weird red sheeps hope they do.

So I guess he is going after a man who did his job following leads on Jan 6.

This has nothing to do with January 6. It was in 2020. It has to do with Russia collusion. Comey lied to Congress. He authorized McCabe to leak to the Wall Street Journal and then said he didn't. He could have just said he didn't remember, but the cocky SOB outright lied. And Comey is just the first one. Expect Clapper and Brennen to be next. No one is above the law! Obama isn't off the hook. There's no statute of limitations on treason.
