What the Fifth Amendment Protects

Due Process Clause
------------------

No person shall be “deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

This means ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) must follow fair procedures when detaining or deporting individuals.

Self-Incrimination Clause
---------------------

People cannot be forced to testify against themselves.

In immigration interviews, for example, individuals have the right not to answer questions that could incriminate them.

Takings Clause
--------------------

Property cannot be taken for public use without just compensation.

Less directly relevant to ICE, but still part of the amendment.

In 1996 they made laws to not provide medical insurance to illegals. It was a bi partisan decision. Wish I studied law so that i can serve humanity better

There was a time in America -- where age was not discriminated against . Now they are discriminating old people in Job applications. America has indeed changed and cannot be made great again when no country is left to make it great.

But like I said -- there is spirit of the law and then there is this economic conditions. Today America is broke -- so no mercy is granted. Its bonds are collapsing (Fed and state ones). Texas almost broke. Shale oil is inefficient -- Oil to go up soon.
